Worldview is one way to reflect our differences in beliefs, values, and even cultural assumptions.
Using conflicts as an example, in a community-based society, people resolve conflicts through relationships. If people could make amends with each other through conversations or even a third person, that's the way to go. The legal system is the last resort. Often, when people meet at the court, it means the end of a relationship, which is a big deal. Because in a community-centered culture, relationships are the currency. Losing a relationship causes a higher price on people's social networks that many aren't willing to pay.
However, in a culture where individualism is highly valued and prioritized, protecting personal rights through justice is often valued more than relationships. Then, everything around the legal system reflects and supports the idea.
It's important to understand that with a similar conflict, different worldviews often lead to different outcomes.
