It’s a question that copywriters often ask clients to think about as they stand in their customers' shoes when building a website. 



Imagine what information will people want to know about you and your products or services, and how you want to help them find it with ease and clarity? Understanding what we serve and internalize this understanding might be the key to articulate what people are seeking from us and having hard time pinpointing it themselves.



A great website or a landing page doesn’t have to be loaded with words, but makes people feel that we understand them more than they understand themselves. “Yes, that’s exactly what I am looking for!”



When the AHA moment happens, they know that they have found us, finally.
