It's not hard to spot children who are not interested in the activity but hang out at a sports club. They may go there because of their parents or because the sport sounds cool.
When employees are interested in something other than what the company is doing, they may show up simply for the paycheck.
It's not the customers' or employees' responsibility to figure out the change a business is making. It's on us. And the question is: What are we proud of?
