validation one more time

There are at least two ways to do business: one is the way it has been done - the standard. Everyone else does it this way; we are expected to do the same because it's convenient and popular. The other is to make the change we set out to accomplish.

There are at least two ways to reach academic excellence in schools: one is commonly seen – as pushing students hard for better grades through rote memorization and repetition regardless of students' interests, passion, and strengths. Another is to help kids learn about themselves through their interests, desires, and choices in learning. Building self-confidence and identity helps students further understand the importance of studying to reach their goals and dreams in life. Instead of pushing children through self-disconnection and suppression, achieving academic excellence through self-connection, acceptance, and resilience works magic for both kids and schools.

The real validation we seek comes from within, not the outside.
