There are at least two kinds of culture. One created everything from pedagogy to school model based on their learning about the children and themselves. The other is about following what has been done before.
As in any service business, learning culture is about meeting customers’ needs, while authority culture reinforces the providers.
Choosing one over the other reflects our beliefs and leads to the outcome for the people we claim to serve.
