jet lag

Going on vacation is exciting, but getting over the jet lag can be frustrating and painful. It's incredibly challenging if you have small children who constantly need your assistance.

Often, it takes more than seven days to overcome jet lag, and irregular sleep and meal schedules are hard to adapt to and could lead to some health issues, including fatigue, autoimmune challenges, and digestion problems.

And not knowing when to sleep and when to stay awake makes the time shift nearly impossible. Taking a nap during the day boosts energy in everyday life but can screw up the entire plan if it happens at the wrong time and push us back to the start.

It turns out that there is a science behind jet lag, and it's possible to shift time efficiently and effectively if we know what to do—a jet lag app like this might help. The key is to plan ahead.
