how do we know?

If someone has received our email or not, we ask the person to check.

If we hurt someone’s feelings or not, we ask the person how she feels.

Whether a pedagogy works or not, we see the changes in our children.

It’s not up to the provider to announce whether their service is remarkable or not, but the customers.

None of these is known to us if we don’t care enough to ask in the first place.
