focus and distraction

Focus requires discipline, goal clarity, and concentrated energy to stay consistent. When we manage our focus on things that matter the most to us, we are likely to reach the goal we set out to achieve.

Distraction is the opposite. It is the 5 minutes turned 20 spent on short videos; a conversation doesn’t serve any purpose or anybody, managing multiple things without getting any done, an argument driven by anger instead of real concerns.

When having too many distractions, no wonder we can’t focus or make progress.
