Writing a blog, making infographics, or speaking up in a group can attract people’s attention when we are right on the point.

Imagining what the audiences care most about on this particular subject is an empathy practice standing in others’ shoes—not just on the subject but also on the nature of the information. When it’s confusing to read, we might consider other media tools to explain and connect, the channel to share it, and the occasion to spread the word.

Successful marketing and connections often stem from a strong capacity for empathy. But what matters more is our desire to serve.
