Strategy can be an effective measure to tackle certain issues. But culture as the combination of people’s beliefs, values, and worldviews, can be unconscious to many leaders and business owners.
Different culture guides different behaviors and connections. When strategy is created within the culture parameter, it’s more likely to be effective.
Until the leaders and strategists are aware and learn to see culture, it’s challenging to figure out strategy that works.
