There are at least two values of leading and interacting with each other.
Convenience is about using what we get and reaping without sowing. It is about taking advantage while they last without nurturing and helping the people who contributed to the cause.
Conditioning, on the other hand, is the act of sowing and nurturing, of helping others discover their potential through our contributions. It’s not just about us, but about the collective success and prosperity we can foster in the long run.
When people are only encouraged to give and contribute without being seen and cared for, it’s challenging for them to believe this is the way to go. After all, trust isn’t about what we receive today or tomorrow but a future in which everyone can participate and win.
