When we think about the ideal customers that we want to work with, there often is a gap between where the customers are and where we stand.
It’s possible that the words we spread haven’t reached people we seek to serve. It’s possible that the people we seek to serve have heard about us, but haven’t learned to see the issues they have in the way we see it. And it’s possible that we haven’t figured out all the steps to close the service gap with them.
If we could stand in clients’ side and figure out what’ the next doable step for people to learn to see, it can be a good start.
