Blaming is convenient. When it is other people's fault, we are off the hook. Although, understandably, expressing frustration is part of being human, it won't change the situation, no matter how we spin it.
But what's important to know about blaming is that by doing so, we surrender our agency and ownership of solving the problem.
It is our responsibility to know what we need, how we evaluate the situation and the issues, and what we can do to improve. When we step into the empowerment state, we are less likely to blame others but focus on solving what's not working.
When we notice the urge to blame, it's possible that we don't know what we need and value or how to make it better yet.
Keep calm and focus.
Don't let what's convenient distract us.
