One of the challenges that business owners often experience is thinking that their business is unique and the change they seek to make is unlike the others. This might be true, but the idea of uniqueness often prevents us from looking further and learning about others in our field and the people who have come before us.

When schools are not ready to help children imagine lives and dreams beyond the school years, students are stuck complying without understanding why they do it.
Integrating all the aspects into one helps us see our businesses and schools differently.
