It can be challenging to talk about culture because it's invisible (yet visible when we have learned to see it) and pervasive.
It's important to talk about culture because when we understand what kind of culture we want to build and operate on, we all get better at it.
Culture is intentional. It's helpful to figure out our intentions and how we hope everyone interacts with each other.
Creating a culture that works for us and the people we set out to serve is how we make a change and spread the idea.
It's not easy, but it matters.
